With a fast-growing business in Japan, Bridor is looking for a Business Developer (M/W) to support the development of the Retail and Foodservice markets in the region.

As a member of the Japan team, you are in charge of developing the market share of our products by reaching the sales target and enlarging the network of the company.

Your daily tasks and missions :

・Maintain a good communication and enhance the relationship with our customers

・Support the customers toward growing sales and get listing of new products

・Find new customers, go on the field, join events and fairs.

・Conduct, report and share market/competition analysis

・Report your activities on time

・Ad-hoc tasks and assignments

・Interactions with France headquarter and factories teams

You are a dynamic and business-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, or alternatively in a sales management role.

You have a strong understanding of commercial environments and are comfortable driving performance in a results-focused setting.

You are a native French speaker, with business-level proficiency in Japanese and English. Strong reading and writing skills in both languages are essential to operate effectively in an international context.

Ideally, you also have knowledge of bread and Viennese pastry products and demonstrate a genuine interest in French food culture.

Autonomous, adaptable, and commercially driven, you are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and contributing to business growth in a multicultural environment.
