We are looking for a Culinary Advisor to join our team in Romania. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager Romania & Balkans, you support the sales force and you are mainly responsible for :

• You provide technical assistance to the customers (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, artisans and retail channel)
• You train and support the sales teams of our wholesalers and customers
• You prepare the products for business appointments or trade shows
• You control the baking centers of our customers
• You organize and represent Bridor in national and international events
• You take part in development of new products to expand the actual range 

With an educational background in bakery or pastry, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef or as a Technical Advisor in the agro-food industry, ideally for gastronomic and/or renowned brands.
Dynamic and autonomous, you are known for your interpersonal skills, your pedagogy and your ability to plan and organize your own work.
You are fluent in Romanian and in English, based in Romania with travel throughout the country and abroad, mainly Croatia.
