Mission
Reporting to the Head of the Purchasing Department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Validating and registering invoices in the operating system
- Posting invoices
- Monitoring non-conformities
- Recording credit information
- Receiving and registering information
- Supporting the department's administrative tasks
Profile
- Experience in purchasing
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1)
- Experience in the food industry
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook)
- Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy
- Residence around Leiria
