Mission

Reporting to the Head of the Purchasing Department, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Validating and registering invoices in the operating system
  • Posting invoices
  • Monitoring non-conformities
  • Recording credit information
  • Receiving and registering information
  • Supporting the department's administrative tasks

Profile

  • Experience in purchasing
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B1)
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook)
  • Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy
  • Residence around Leiria
