Mission

To support our growth in the Southeast Asia region, Bridor is looking for an Area Sales Manager (M/F) for Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and will develop Bridor’s sales with the help of a Bridor technical Chef based in Bangkok.

Main responsibilities : 

  • Identify new business prospects and partnerships, regular customer visit, and establish mutually beneficial agreements to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with different stakeholders
  • Managing our existing distribution network in the area and fostering strong partnerships
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective distribution, promotion, and sales of our products
  • Provide ongoing support, training and resource the enhance distributors capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
  • Hire and manage a new team in the area

Profile

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, you have a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales managing distributor relationships and networks, preferably in an international setting.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, you have high skills in negociations.
Your strong strategic planning and analytical skills and your interpersonal abilities are real assets for this job. 
Diligent with a positive attitude, you wish to pursue your career working for a fast growing and ambitious company. 
This position requires proficiency in English and Thai (ideally French), with frequent travels within the assigned region (50% of the time).
