Mission

As part of the strategic expansion of our business in the Middle East, Bridor is seeking its future Sales Director Middle East (M/F). Based in Dubai or Riyadh, you will oversee the entire region and actively contribute to our ambition of achieving sustainable growth in high-potential markets.

Reporting to the CEO APMEA, you will play a key role in deploying our commercial strategy and strengthening the visibility of our premium bakery, pastry and viennoiserie expertise.

Your responsibilities :

  • Adapt and implement the commercial strategy across the Middle East region
  • Lead and develop a regional team of 7 people
  • Manage and structure Foodservice and Retail distribution networks
  • Oversee selected strategic key accounts and support local distributors
  • Ensure strong field presence and drive market growth
  • Monitor performance, identify growth drivers and optimize profitability

Profile

Based in Dubai or Riyadh, you have at least 10 years of experience in a commercial management role. You possess strong knowledge of the Middle East market, its key players, cultural specificities, and consumer trends.

Recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, you are able to lead teams and engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders, including local teams, national key accounts, distributors, as well as headquarters and production sites in France.

You have a comprehensive understanding of distribution channels and growth challenges in structured and competitive markets. Your strategic mindset enables you to define clear priorities and effectively structure a high-performing regional organization.

Fluent English is essential to operate in an international and multicultural environment. Proficiency in Arabic and/or French would be an asset.

Experience in the food industry, particularly in bakery, would be a strong advantage, as would an appreciation and affinity for premium French culinary culture.
