Business Developer Japan (M/W) - VIE Program

As part of its fast-growing business in Japan, Bridor is looking for a Business Developer (M/W) to support the development of the Retail and Foodservice markets in the region.

Based in Japan and fully integrated into the local team, you will actively contribute to strengthening Bridor’s presence and increasing market share.

As a key player on the field, you will support the achievement of sales targets while expanding and strengthening our customer network.

Missions:

• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with customers
• Support customers in growing their sales and securing new product listings
• Identify and prospect new clients, conduct field visits, and participate in trade fairs and events
• Conduct, analyze, and share market and competitive intelligence
• Provide timely and accurate activity reports
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional assignments
• Interact regularly with the France headquarters and factory teams

You are a dynamic and business-oriented young professional, ideally with a first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or up to 1–2 years of experience) in the Food & Beverage industry or in a sales-related role.

You have a good understanding of commercial environments and are eager to develop your skills in a performance-driven and results-oriented setting.

You are a native French speaker, with business-level proficiency in Japanese and English. Strong reading and writing skills in both languages are essential to operate effectively in an international context.

An interest in bread and Viennese pastry products, as well as a genuine curiosity for French food culture, would be a strong asset.

Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive, you are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and motivated to contribute to business development in a multicultural environment.
