Mission
Nous recherchons notre Contrôleur de gestion (H/F) pour prendre part au pilotage de la performance de notre site de Louverné, à quelques minutes de Laval.
A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Le calcul des indicateurs quotidiens :
- Contrôler des données de production (consommations, heures, arrêts…)
- Suivi de la main d'œuvre
- Calculer des indicateurs de production (TRS, temps d'arrêt, poids…)
L'analyse des résultats :
- Analyser les écarts (main d'œuvre, matières, arrêts...)
- Débriefing des résultats avec les responsables de production
- Suivi des plans d'actions
- Réaliser des études ponctuelles
Profile
Issu(e) d'une formation type Bac+2/3 en gestion, vous maîtrisez le pack office et les outils informatiques.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens du détail et de l'organisation.
