Mission
To support its strong growth, Bridor is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager Foodservice Belgium (M/W).
As a Junior Key Account Manager in a high-potential area, you will be responsible for managing selected Foodservice accounts and developing new business opportunities in line with Bridor's sales and marketing strategy.
Your main missions :
- Prospect the market and identify new clients and business opportunities at national and regional levels
- Visit end users (bakeries, hotels, restaurants, etc.) to understand needs and adapt the value proposition
- Negotiate and manage annual agreements for assigned accounts
- Plan, develop and implement strategic account plans
- Monitor, analyse and report key KPIs related to account performance
- Participate in trade shows and regional events
Profile
Graduated with a Bachelor's or a Master's degree, you have a first experience in sales and negotiation in a food or drinks company (ideally in the bakery sector).
You are passionate about the food industry, especially bakery products, and you enjoy hunting for new customers and identifying new opportunities.
You are autonomous, enthusiastic, rigorous, and well-organised, and you are able to develop projects and turn your ideas into action within an international and renowned company.
You will work from home (ideally based in the area of Brussels), with travel across Belgium and occasional travel to Luxembourg. You speak English, Dutch and French to expand your customer base in these two countries.
Knowledge of the Belgian foodservice market is a strong advantage.
