Mission
L'équipe RH recherche un(e) Chargé(e) RH jusqu'en juin 2027 pour accompagner les équipes opérationnelles.
Au sein de l’équipe RH, vous interviendrez sur un périmètre varié mêlant recrutement, gestion administrative et accompagnement opérationnel.
Vos missions
Au quotidien, vous serez un véritable partenaire des managers et des collaborateurs :
- Gestion du planning des intérimaires
- Suivi administratif et opérationnel des missions d’intérim
- Interface quotidienne avec les agences d’emploi
- Animation des réunions de pré-intégration
- Accompagnement des collaborateurs et des managers sur les sujets RH
- Participation aux projets RH et à la mise en place de nouveaux outils
- Organisation d’événements internes et actions de recrutement
- Participation aux actions de recrutement et événements emploi
- Suivi administratif des formations et accompagnement logistique des sessions
- Gestion et mise à jour des outils et tableaux de suivi RH
Profile
Le profil que nous recherchons
- Vous êtes organisé(e), réactif(ve) et aimez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
- Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et le contact humain
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez créer du lien avec différents interlocuteurs
- Une première expérience en RH, recrutement ou gestion de l’intérim est appréciée
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et opérationnel
