As part of its expansion in Latin America, and particularly in Brazil, Bridor is looking for its next Operational Financial Analyst Brazil (M/W) to support the growth of its markets across the region.

Based at the logistics site located in Vila Mariana, São Paulo, and fully integrated into the local team, you will actively contribute to strengthening Bridor’s presence in the region by supporting the existing team. Your main mission will be to support daily financial operations through rigorous execution, strong organization, and reliable financial controls within a dynamic international environment.

Your main missions :

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines

• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow control

• Support monthly closing activities (accruals, provisions, reconciliations)

• Prepare financial reports, controls, and spreadsheets

• Support cost control and expense analysis

• Manage customer registration and order management routines

• Interface with accounting, logistics, and internal stakeholders

• Control office supplies purchasing and inventory

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial standards

Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, you have experience in financial routines and monthly closing and bank reconciliation.

You are passionate about numbers and demonstrate strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail.

You feel comfortable handling operational financial activities on a daily basis, and you are able to work efficiently under deadlines while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of routine controls.

You have advanced Excel skills, and you can speak very well Portuguese and English at an advanced/intermediate level.

You are autonomous, enthusiastic, rigorous, and well-organised, and you are able to drive projects forward and turn your ideas into action within an international and renowned company. Proactive by nature, you enjoy bringing new ideas and continuously improving the way things are done.
