Mission

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (M/W) to support our team in the day-to-day operations related to the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will be responsible for supporting sales and developing commercial actions, while coordinating with the various departments.

Main tasks:

  • Sales support: Preparing customer offers, managing prices, coordinating complaints between customers and specialist departments, sending samples and product specifications, and creating communication media (flyers, marketing documents).
  • Forecast and request management: Entering sales forecasts, creating customer accounts in Salesforce, and monitoring NPD requests (new products).
  • Cross-functional support: Qualifying and allocating leads, supporting budget planning, analyzing markets needs and participating in cross-functional projects with the France team.
  • Additional tasks: Supporting Category Management in analyzing and updating marketing documents (website, catalogues, flyers), and contributing to the development of digital marketing (newsletters, mailing, automation).

Profile

With a higher education background or an apprenticeship with at least 3 years' successful experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role, ideally in an international company.

You have a good command of IT tools and ideally first experience with CRM (Salesforce); a good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is essential.

Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and organized, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your team spirit.

You are comfortable with figures and have good analytical skills.

Given the international dimension of this position you obviously master perfectly German language, fluency in English is required and French would be a great plus.

This position is open to applicants throughout Germany (up to 100% remote working) and preferably in Berlin, Fulda or Karlsruhe.
