As part of its expansion in Vietnam, Bridor is looking for its next Sales Representative Vietnam (M/W) in a VIE Program to support the growth of the Retail and Foodservice markets across the region.

Based in Vietnam and fully integrated into the South Asia team, you will play an active role in strengthening Bridor's presence and increasing its market share.

As a key field representative, you will contribute to achieving sales objectives while developing and strengthening our customer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales of premium bakery and pastry products to hotels, coffee chains, restaurants, and distributors.
• Actively identify and prospect new customers while managing the sales pipeline.
• Support the management of selected international and regional key accounts.
• Assist and support local distributors through regular field visits and close follow-up.
• Organize product tastings and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports for the South Asia regional management team.

You hold a Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, and you are a dynamic, business-oriented young professional with ideally some initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1–2 years of professional experience) in the food industry or in a commercial role.

Entrepreneurial and self-driven, you are comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and can easily adapt to multicultural environments.

Persistent, energetic, and results-oriented, you are passionate about sales and motivated to spend significant time in the field developing business opportunities across Vietnam.

You are fluent in English and have a good command of Vietnamese, allowing you to hold professional conversations. French language skills would be a strong asset.

A genuine interest in premium bakery and viennoiserie products, as well as curiosity about French culinary culture, will be considered a significant advantage.

This is a home-based position, ideally located in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
