Job Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for the company's production management.

2. Participate in formulating monthly production plans based on the annual production targets, oversee plan implementation, and ensure completion in accordance with company requirements.

3. Oversee factory production safety, enforce safety regulations, and eliminate safety incidents.

4. Establish production process management standards, organize and execute production, and supervise the entire production process to ensure products are delivered with the required quality and quantity.

5. Monitor workshop sanitation conditions, address issues promptly, schedule regular deep-cleaning tasks, and ensure cleaning meets established standards.

6. Supervise the maintenance and upgrading of production equipment and facilities to ensure smooth production operations.

7. Develop cost-control plans for production, optimize resource allocation, and reduce production consumption.

8. Promote lean manufacturing and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

9. Manage production staff training, achieving 100% coverage for both routine and specialized training programs.

10. Foster talent development within the production team and improve team management capabilities.

11. Drive digital production management and establish a technical department.

12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in management or a related field.

2. 3+ years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry.

3. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to handle emergencies effectively.

4. Proficiency in office software.
