· Suporte técnico
· Gestão Active Directory, O365, DNS, Firewall, ferramentas de virtualização
· Conhecimentos de soluções e tecnologias de segurança
· Diagnosticar problemas de rede, hardware e software
· Administração de software de gestão documental
· Registar, atualizar e manter documentação técnica
· Apoio em assuntos relacionados com o departamento IT.
Requisitos:
· Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou equivalente
· Conhecimentos em configurações, gestão e manutenção de rede (Routing, Switching e Vlans)
