Recognized as a leader in the premium bakery market worldwide, Bridor is pursuing its development in France and internationally, as illustrated by the recent acquisition in Australia. In order to support the growth of our business in Brazil, we are looking for a Technical Baker (M/W), ideally based in Sao Paulo with travel throughout Brazil.

Reporting to the Sales Director Latina America and working closely with the Bridor sales team, you will be an expert and a brand ambassador in using product to highlight their key advantages and quality with the objective to make our solutions appealing to buyers and final users. 

Main responsibilities:

• Put in place and train clients & team mates on new products and existing products
• Be alert and support clients in their requests for problem solving, training, quality issues
• Demonstrate and explain solutions & products to clients and prospect to boost Bridor’s activity in the region
• Assist the team to ensure that all events and presentations are done perfectly and in accordance with Bridor’s guidelines and standards
• Prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audience and select products accordingly
• Create and animate a strong network of professionals (chefs, F&Bs, users) in the region
• Organize and manage your schedule according to the requirements of the team

With an educational background in cuisine, you have a first experience as a Baker or Chef or as a Technical Advisor in the agro-food industry, ideally for gastronomic and/or renowned brands.

Dynamic and autonomous, you are known for your interpersonal skills, your pedagogy and your ability to plan and organize your own work.

You speak Portuguese very well, English as an intermediate level, and Spanish is a plus.
