Mission

We are looking for our future Sales Administration Assistant (M/F) to join our team based in Madrid.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager based in France, you will work closely with a multicultural team of around twenty people in France, responsible for managing orders from Bridor clients worldwide, as well as with a local team of around ten people in Madrid, focused on developing the business in Spain.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Managing the shipment of samples and other order-related documents
  • Handling stock shortages
  • Managing after-sales service (liaising with carriers and customers)
  • Initiating and processing customer complaints
  • Coordinating with internal teams to obtain answers to customer requests
  • Supporting the Sales team and customers while developing strong relationships with them
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and reporting any obstacles to this objective
  • Monitoring delivery incidents in coordination with customers and carriers
  • Setting up and updating specific information related to your customer portfolio
  • Preparing and formatting commercial offers
  • Managing the onboarding of new customer accounts

Profile

With a degree in business, languages, or administration (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), you are comfortable using IT tools and ideally have some initial experience with SAP.

You already have a solid understanding of this role, with at least two years of experience in a similar environment.

Well organized and detail-oriented, your strong interpersonal skills help you communicate effectively with customers as well as with internal departments (Sales, Quality, Logistics, etc.).

Fluency in English, and Spanish is essential for this position. French would be a plus.
