Mission
Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité R&D, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Innovation & Développement.
Vos missionsAu sein du service R&D, vous participerez aux projets liés à la panification industrielle et à l’amélioration de nos produits surgelés :
- Analyse et mise à jour des conditions de remise en œuvre des produits en panification
- Réalisation d’essais de panification dans le cadre d’une veille ingrédients
- Participation aux tests et suivis en environnement industriel
- Immersion au sein d’un service R&D agroalimentaire spécialisé dans la fabrication industrielle de pains surgelés
Profile
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur agroalimentaire, IAA, licence ou master spécialisé
- Intérêt pour la boulangerie, les procédés industriels et l’innovation produit
- Rigueur, curiosité et esprit d’analyse
- Goût du terrain et du travail en équipe
- Une expérience concrète en R&D agroalimentaire
- Une immersion au cœur d’un environnement industriel innovant
- Des missions variées avec une forte dimension produit et process
